Anyone who works in hospitality can join, including bartenders, servers, chefs, suppliers, venue managers, and brand ambassadors. You simply need to verify your employment during sign up.
Once verified, you will receive a digital Cellar Club membership card inside the app. Show this at participating venues during their offer hours and the venue will apply the discount for your purchase.
Every venue controls their own offer. Discounts vary but may include specials on cocktails, food, wine, beer, or bottle shop purchases. All offers are exclusive to Cellar Club members and only available during the times set by each venue.

After entering your workplace details, you will be asked to provide simple proof, such as a payslip or employment contract which shows your name and venue. Verification usually takes only one day.

You can use Cellar Club at any participating venue across Australia. The app shows nearby venues, their offers and when those offers are active.
No, venues only see that you are a verified member. Your personal data is protected in line with our Privacy Policy.
When purchasing at a venue, show your digital Cellar Club card to staff. They will check it and apply the discount at payment. If an offer is time based, it can only be redeemed during the active hours listed in the app.
You can use any offer a venue chooses to make available. Some may have limitations such as one offer per visit. Details will always be shown in the app.
This depends on the venue. You can see the number of redemptions per Cellar Club card listed on the venue offer.
